St. Charles Convention Center

A new convention center and hotel complex is currently being constructed at the intersection of Fairgrounds and the I-70 S. Service Road by the City of Saint Charles, Missouri. The site covers a total of 25.85 acres and includes such features as a natural stream on the west and several acres of existing tree masses. These will not be disturbed.

The 150,000 Sq. Ft. Convention Center and 279,248 Sq. Ft., 12-story Hotel was designed by Peckham Guyton Albers & Viets, Inc. and will host small to medium sized conventions. The plazas on both sides of the hotel/convention center include outdoor seating, fountains, a clock tower and outdoor display areas. Additionally, over 600 new trees will be planted throughout the site.
